Downtown Spirits has created a harassment reporting tool in order to facilitate the reporting of any harassment from customers, vendors or co-workers to any employee at the company. The Company investigates all claims of unlawful harassment prohibited by our policy. The Company works to investigate each report in a prompt, thorough, and fair manner. Employees are not required to name themselves, but please note that by not identifying yourself we are limited in our response depending upon the offense and any proof of the offending action.

Please be as detailed as possible in order to allow us enough information to act accordingly.
